The ICE-VIBE boots are rechargeable vibrating boots that help to boost circulation in horse's legs by creating a massage effect. They combine the effects off cooling and massage therapy to effectively treat strains, ligament and tendon damage. The massage effect helps to stimulate the lymph system to remove soreness and swelling as well as improving circulation. Everyday wear and tear on joints can be managed with daily use of the boots and rehabilitation through injury can be achieved more effectively.

These ICE-VIBE boots are NEW from Horseware and are rechargeable vibrating boots that boost circulation by slowly increasing blood flow to the tendon area allowing them to become more supple and therefore minimizing injuries.

They are also very beneficial after exercise as you can use the vibrating boots with the inner cold packs creating cold circulation, this cools the legs reducing soreness while maintaining blood flow so you can speed the healing process.

ICE-VIBE can improve the realignment of the tendon fibres during the healing process. Cooling on it's own only prevents inflammation by resisting blood flow and slows down the metabolism. Ice-vibe uses the combination of cold and vibration which minimises swelling while encouraging blood flow and speeds up healing.
An an automatic timer allows you to easily keep track of the duration of the healing process.

The blood supply to the lower limbs of a horse is very poor. Vibration stimulates blood flow to the legs, brings nutrients and removes waste.

Prepare to prevent damage. Use the ICE-VIBE boot with only the vibration pads at level 3 to prepare for activity.
ICE-VIBE is set at the optimum settings for different treatments:

Level 1 - Treatment of soreness & swelling. Use with or without cold pack.
Level 2 - Boosts circulation with or without cold pack. Can be used to prepare leg for exercise.
Level 3 - Strongest setting cold therapy after exercise to repair wear & tear.

Extra full ICE-VIBE boots are designed for use on front and hind legs on bigger boned horses and for horses with long canon bones. Developed as a result of feedback from riders, extra-full ICE-VIBE boots can be used to treat hind legs after hard training or competition.
The new extra full boot is 35cm long. The new cold pack is 33cm long and covers the fetlock joint for added healing.
The standard full boot will fit most small to medium size horses with thoroughbred blood or those that are not heavy boned.
Extra full boots will suit riders wanting boots specifically for hind legs or with heavy boned, warm blood type horses.
